Luci S. DelSignore

Luci has managed the back office and business administration functions of Excelsior Consulting since 2008, and since 2012 has served as the President and Director of Business Development at Excelsior Consulting. She brings a wealth of business management, marketing, talent acquisition, employee relations, and sales experience to our management team and has managed, worked in, or run businesses in the telecommunications, construction, insurance, risk mitigation, medical, and services industries. Luci holds her degree in Business Management.

Her hands-on, open communications approach to employee management, customer service, and business development works in unison with Excelsior’s philosophy of dealing with our clients and employees directly and honestly to achieve a win-win for everyone involved.

George C. DelSignore

George founded Excelsior Consulting in 1998. He has been working as an information technology and management consulting professional for over 20 years with a special focus in SAP applications. George specializes in ERP systems planning, architecture, design, configuration, and business process improvement. Additionally, George has comprehensive, full life cycle hands on consulting hands on and managerial experience working with clients in a wide range of commercial and government industry sectors, with extensive professional services and US federal government expertise. He has been continually involved with Excelsior since the company’s inception and has acted as the Vice President and Director of Consulting Services at Excelsior Consulting since 2012. George enjoys solving our clients’ challenging problems with a pragmatic and fresh approach to systems and software consulting. He holds his degree in Business Logistics and Business Law from Penn State University.
